If you’re looking for some great neighborhoods in the actual city of Omaha, some of the best that are constantly promoted by its residents are Aksarben, Benson, and Dundee. These neighborhoods are very close to the downtown area of Omaha so it is close by many attractions, dining, and events.

If you prefer to be a short drive away from the city life but still want to experience it closely, some other great areas to live right outside the city of Omaha are La Vista, Papillon, and Bellevue. These areas are still located in small cities of their own and are only about 20 minutes away from the Omaha experience.
