What is Nevada Known for?

Nevada is a state on the west side of the United States of America. Nevada’s most famous location is Las Vegas.

Nevada produces more gold than any other state in the United States. Their gold production rivals that of much larger countries.

Nevada features primarily arid desert and grassland and rugged mountains. The west side of the state shares the Sierra Nevada Mountain range with California.

The largest lake in Nevada is the manmade Lake Mead.
