Whitstable is a hub for beautiful, historical monuments and buildings that serve as an amazing vacation spot. One of these is the Whitstable castle and gardens. This consists of a huge castle and a widespread garden that offers picturesque views to the tourists. It is a fun sight to watch groups of people getting their photographs taken in front of the historical castle. 

Most of the people visit the castle to enjoy the afternoon tea that is served there. It is the highlight of the place as people from different parts of the world try to come to the castle to attend the afternoon tea. Make sure when you visit the Whitstable castle and gardens, do it at a time when you can avail of the afternoon tea at the castle. There are many other restaurants and cafes nearby the castle that can be accessed within two miles from this place. 

Whitstable Museum Gallery

Other than the historical Whitstable castle and gardens, there is much more for history and architecture lovers. Whitstable also offers the beautiful Whitstable museum and gallery which shows a variety of beautiful pieces from Roman pottery and also educates the tourists about the history of the place and some of the interesting facts about it. The entry fee is minimal for the museum which allows you to observe and experience a revival of the past in only three Euros. Closer to the museum, there are a variety of eateries and cafe’s that can be visited for snacks and refreshments on the way back. 

Playhouse Theatre Whitstable

Another beautiful place to visit in the Playhouse Theatre Whitstable. This place is managed by the Lindley players who arrange different dramas and plays to be conducted at the theatre. People come from different parts of the country to attend the show as it is worth the while. The quality and service that the theatre staff has to offer to continue to improve with every passing year therefore, there is no compromise on the quality and this place should not be missed. If you wish to visit Whitstable, make sure to check the timings of the next show so that you can get a glimpse of it. Closer to the Playhouse Theatre in Whitstable, there are several eateries and cafes which are capable of serving scrumptious snacks. Do not forget to grab some of them when you pass by. 

Whitstable Weather

The climate of the town is warm and temperate. The rainfall throughout the year is significant. Even in the driest months of the year, there is a significant amount of rainfall. The highest temperature in the town is usually in July which is approximately 17 degrees Celsius while the month with the lowest temperature is usually January and the temperature is approximately 3 to 4 degrees Celsius. The ideal months to visit the town is after January and before July as, during that time, the temperature is controlled and also feasible to enjoy any sort of activity.
