What’s the earliest time I can check in to my Premier Inn hotel?
The earliest time to check in is 2 pm. If you need to check in earlier then please reach out to the respective hotel and ask them if they can accommodate your request.
If your stay is between 7th July and 30th September 2021, check-in time is from 4pm because Premier Inn have added CleanProtect and have a lot of guests staying over the summer, and changed the check-in time slightly to give their staff more time to make sure the rooms are safe and cleaned thoroughly.
What if I arrive before check in?
Your room will most likely not be available before the check in time. If the room is available before then the reception desk will inform you accordingly.
If I arrive too early at the hotel is there a place to store my bags?
You can leave your bags in the luggage storage and go ahead and explore the town while waiting to check in. Please make sure the reception desk is aware before heading out.
What is the latest time I need to check in to my Premier Inn Hotel?
There is no latest time as the check in desks are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. However if you are planning to check in after 11 pm then please inform the respective hotel as entrance doors may be locked for security purposes.
What is the latest time for checkout and can I extend my stay?
The latest check out time is for 12 midday. If you would like to extend the check out time then please speak to reception. However delay in check out can lead to additional costs. If you wish to extend your stay then please inform the front desk as soon as possible to see if your request can be accommodated. However this will depend on rooms availability.
Am I allowed to bring pets inside the hotel?
Premier Inn hotels do not allow pets inside the hotels with the exception of guide dogs.
Can I bring my bike/car to the hotel?
Bikes are not allowed inside the hotel but the hotel staff will be more than happy to point you to the nearest bike rack, which shouldn’t be too far away. Premier Inn hotels do not guarantee car parking at the hotel. You are advised to use public transport to arrive at the hotel. If you do plan to bring your car please call the hotel and ask about parking facilities before arriving.
How can I obtain information for local transport?
You can find more information related to local buses/trains/underground in various areas around the hotel such as: the lounge of the hotel, smart tv inside your room or on the interactive screen in the reception area. If you need assistance then please speak to the front desk.
